Brinlee 16 Months

Another month has gone by! Somedays I wish I could just push the pause button. My baby is growing up! You are becoming quite the opinionated little girl! You make us laugh every day!!!

Both you and Ashlynn are starting to play well together. You pretend to cook and stir things in the kitchen. You are following directions and instructions when asked. Your vocabulary has just blossomed this last month. You attempt to mimick anything we ask you to say. It is just amazing!

We head to the Y at least 4 times a week. They always have such great things to say about you. You love doing the little art projects they have for you and have developed a love for coloring. When you see Ashlynn coloring or doing something you have to do it as well! We have to closely monitor your coloring. I caught you coloring the white closet door the other day. It took me a second to actually realize what you were doing. Ashlynn never really did that. You do act like your Uncle Jake though. You get into trouble and turn around with a cute smile to try and get yourself out of it!

I am pretty sure you have seasonal allergies. Poor thing! You have had another double ear infection this last month. Hopefully that will be it for a while.

This Easter you had a great time hunting eggs and carrying your basket around. Both you and Ashlynn had a loved seeing what the Easter bunny brought you this year.
